I have been on a cross country tour of this nation - blogging at iwallk.blogspot.com, and have been looking for musicians who are truly unique. This guy is the real deal. He is an alternative and experimental musician from Portland, Oregon. When we met, he played me a few demos through his iPod and I was hooked! I still listen nearly every day.

Recently, he asked if I would sell his music to the East Coast crowd, and despite my failed attempts to sell my own stuff, I could not say no. In about a month I will offer his first single. He mixes backwards and forwards sounds, is a bit like dance music too, and has lyrics like I might write, but he isn't afraid to be controversial.

About the Author

ALEX WALL is a freelance writer, journalist and recording artist from the Portland, Maine area. 

A prolific songwriter for over thirty years, Alex has written, recorded and produced eight solo vocal albums and four solo ambient albums, all available through CDBaby.com, iTunes and many other online distributors. His band Blue Window released two additional albums. 

Alex is a polymath, being interested in a broad spectrum of fields including comparative religion, cosmology, quantum mechanics, world and ancient history, psychology, organic chemistry, botany, psychopharmacology, graphic art, photography, architecture, personal finance and economics. 

Since March 2011 he has been blogging about simple, sustainable living at selfsustainingproperty.blogspot.com and social philosophy at iwallk.blogspot.com. In that same year he began to experiment with writing short stories.
